Ce genre un peu oubli\u00e9 op\u00e8re un retour sympathique en ce d\u00e9but d&rsquo;automne notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de nouveaux albums de Marillion et de Kansas. L&rsquo;\u00e8re est au vintage et d&rsquo;autres groupes ou artistes s&rsquo;ajoutent \u00e0 ces prestigieux anciens. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la chronique du dernier Kansas, nous continuons notre p\u00e9riple discographique automnal avec Marillion et son dernier et 18\u00e8me album <em>F.E.A.R. (Fuck Everyone And Run)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;histoire de Marillion se d\u00e9cline en deux \u00e9poques, en fait deux fois deux \u00e9poques, distinctes. Au niveau de la composition du groupe, les deux \u00e9poques correspondent aux deux chanteurs soit Fish (1979 \u00e0 1988), puis Steve Hogarth (1988 \u00e0 aujourd&rsquo;hui). Il y a \u00e9galement une premi\u00e8re \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le groupe est sign\u00e9 par une major du disque (EMI) jusqu&rsquo;en 1997, puis une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le groupe devient un pionnier du crowdfunding d\u00e8s 2000 (Racket Record), avant m\u00eame que ce terme ne soit v\u00e9ritablement invent\u00e9. Avec Marillion, le rock progressif est un rock engag\u00e9, voire subversif. Un morceau comme Gaza, sans prendre partie pour l&rsquo;un des camps, n&rsquo;a pas manqu\u00e9 de faire grincer des dents comme l&rsquo;exprimait en 2013 Steve Hogart pour <a href=\"http:\/\/rocknconcert.com\/2013\/interview-steve-hogarth-marillion-2013\/\">Rocknconcert<\/a> :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>\u00abJ&rsquo;ai en effet re\u00e7u de nombreuses critiques. Mais ce qui est int\u00e9ressant, c&rsquo;est que les critiques \u00e9manent de territoires non concern\u00e9s par ce conflit. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s certains, il s&rsquo;agirait d&rsquo;un propos anti-isra\u00e9lien disant que je tiens les isra\u00e9liens pour responsables du conflit. Tout ce que je peux r\u00e9pondre, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ils me le prouvent en me montrant ces passages dans les paroles.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>J&rsquo;explique la situation du point de vue d&rsquo;un enfant qui grandit \u00e0 Gaza. J&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 de nombreux week-ends \u00e0 rentrer en contact avec des personnes habitant Gaza via Skype afin rassembler des \u00e9l\u00e9ments objectifs. Je leur ai donc pos\u00e9 des questions sur les conditions de vie et ce qu&rsquo;ils pensaient des isra\u00e9liens. J&rsquo;ai ainsi pu me rendre compte que ces t\u00e9moignages ne refl\u00e9taient pas ce que nous disaient les m\u00e9dias car \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de ce que l&rsquo;on peut penser, ils ne ha\u00efssent pas les isra\u00e9liens. Donc tout ce que je dit dans cette chanson est bas\u00e9 sur les t\u00e9moignages recueillis. Les critiques sont in\u00e9vitables car il existe trois points de vue diff\u00e9rents sur le sujet : celui des occidentaux, celui des palestiniens et celui des isra\u00e9liens. J&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9 de donner une version plus universelle sur le sujet.\u00bb<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uaBVTtt53FA?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=fr-FR&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais Marillion prend son temps pour composer et r\u00e9aliser ses albums. Ainsi concernant ce dernier opus, Steve Rothery indique <a href=\"http:\/\/rocknconcert.com\/2016\/interview-marillion-steve-rothery\/\" target=\"_blank\">dans un tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cent interview<\/a> que <em>\u00ables paroles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crites en parties maintenant trois ans en r\u00e9action \u00e0 ce qui se passait dans le monde \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.
