A vous ensuite de trier, de vous faire un avis et\/ou de prolonger.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_A-ZVCjfWf8?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=fr-FR&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><br \/>\nDans cet article fondamental relativement au contexte de l&rsquo;utilisation des technologies \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, Pierre Frackowiak, co-auteur notamment en 208 avec Philippe Meirieu de l&rsquo;ouvrage <em>\u00abL&rsquo;\u00e9ducation peut-elle \u00eatre encore au coeur d&rsquo;un projet de soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00bb<\/em> (Editions de l&rsquo;Aube), identifie quatre obstacles (au moins) sur le chemin d&rsquo;un r\u00e9el usage p\u00e9dagogique des TIC:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le mod\u00e8le p\u00e9dagogique dominant<\/li>\n<li>On ignore compl\u00e8tement les pratiques des jeunes<\/li>\n<li>On ne se pose pas la question du d\u00e9veloppement exponentiel des savoirs de l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>On ne prend pas en consid\u00e9ration le r\u00f4le possible des autres acteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pour lui, apr\u00e8s analyser s\u00e9rieusement ces obstacles, il en tire deux enseignements majeurs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>on mesure \u00e0 quel point l&rsquo;ambition d&rsquo;un d\u00e9veloppement des TIC \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole ne peut avoir de sens et d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 que si elle est inscrite dans un grand projet \u00e9ducatif moderne, neuf, d\u00e9mocratique, lui-m\u00eame inscrit dans un projet de soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Pour faire du bled, du b-a ba, des exercices d&rsquo;application, un cours classique&#8230; on n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;un ordinateur, d&rsquo;un co\u00fbteux tableau interactif, d&rsquo;une formation aux technologies nouvelles. Comme on n&rsquo;a pas eu besoin de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de la radio. Une bonne ardoise, une craie, un chiffon peuvent encore faire l&rsquo;affaire.
