{"id":3129,"date":"2010-02-18T00:36:48","date_gmt":"2010-02-17T23:36:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lyonelkaufmann.ch\/Blog\/?p=3129"},"modified":"2010-02-18T00:36:48","modified_gmt":"2010-02-17T23:36:48","slug":"fourgous-passer-de-lintegration-a-lacculturation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lyonelkaufmann.ch\/Blog\/2010\/02\/18\/fourgous-passer-de-lintegration-a-lacculturation\/","title":{"rendered":"Fourgous : Passer de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration \u00e0 l&rsquo;acculturation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Alors que la mission Fourgous vient de rendre en France son rapport sur  la question des TICE \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, Bruno Duvauchelle r\u00e9pond aux questions  du <em>Caf\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bruno Duvauchelle, docteur en sciences de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, formateur-chercheur au CEPEC, est un grand connaisseur de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des TICE \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole dont j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la qualit\u00e9 des ses r\u00e9flexions sur son blog \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.brunodevauchelle.com\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\">Veille et analyse TICE<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. Il fait partie des personnes qui tout en pr\u00f4nant le recours aux TICE conna\u00eet \u00e9galement remarquablement bien les rapports difficiles entre les TICE et l&rsquo;Ecole. Je vous propose trois morceaux choisis de sa p\u00e9n\u00e9trante intervention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des enseignants tout aussi emprunt\u00e9s que leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves relativement \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de la veille informationnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Comme le souligne justement le rapport, les enseignants ont, pour la  plupart adopt\u00e9 l&rsquo;utilisation des TIC pour leur travail personnel. Mais  souvent, comme les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, (incluant bien \u00e9videmment les connaissances  indispensables) leurs comp\u00e9tences sont souvent parcellaires,  incompl\u00e8tes. Ainsi la ma\u00eetrise de la veille informationnelle dans le  domaine de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 est bien souvent d\u00e9faillante chez la grande  majorit\u00e9. Ce sont ces m\u00eames enseignants qui d\u00e9plorent l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 des  \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans leur recherche d&rsquo;information et leur facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 copier  coller, alors qu&rsquo;eux m\u00eames sont souvent d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9s par ces  environnements. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;importance des questions didactiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"cafeparagraphe\"><em>On est un peu surpris de ne pas voir davantage  figurer dans le rapport la place des contenus des disciplines comme  vecteur pour encourager les pratiques. [\u2026] Certes l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se constructiviste est int\u00e9ressante,  mais elle n&rsquo;est rien si elle n&rsquo;est pas associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9marches comme  celles de la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te, ou encore aux d\u00e9marches d&rsquo;investigation au  coll\u00e8ge, ou encore \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche de probl\u00e9matisation en histoire  g\u00e9ographie&#8230; Regardons l&rsquo;importance des TIC pour le croquis en  g\u00e9ographie pour se rendre compte que c&rsquo;est aussi (et probablement avant  tout) par cette entr\u00e9e que les TIC prennent place dans les pratiques  r\u00e9elles. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de vis\u00e9e et de strat\u00e9gie  organisationnelle <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"cafeparagraphe\"><em>On ne peut concevoir un \u00e9tablissement qui  utilise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les TIC sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au fonctionnement quotidien  de celui-ci. Locaux, horaires, circulations etc. sont la base d&rsquo;une  organisation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue bien avant que les TIC n&rsquo;\u00e9mergent. [\u2026] Donner \u00e0 voir le cahier de texte de la classe sur Internet  est un bouleversement qui d\u00e9passe la simple question de l&rsquo;ouverture au  parent. Permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve de poursuivre son travail au del\u00e0 des murs  de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement est une \u00ab\u00a0bonne intention\u00a0\u00bb, mais qui a des  cons\u00e9quences importantes sur le management p\u00e9dagogique de  l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement.
