{"id":3996,"date":"2004-10-27T12:41:00","date_gmt":"2004-10-27T11:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lyonelkaufmann.ch\/histoire\/?p=25"},"modified":"2004-10-27T12:41:00","modified_gmt":"2004-10-27T11:41:00","slug":"labsence-de-soutien-freine-lusage-des-tice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lyonelkaufmann.ch\/Blog\/2004\/10\/27\/labsence-de-soutien-freine-lusage-des-tice\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;absence de soutien freine l&rsquo;usage des TICE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Au terme d&rsquo;une enqu&#234;te aupr&#232;s de plus d&rsquo;un  millier d&rsquo;enseignants, Fran&#231;ois Larose (Universit&#233; de Sherbrooke, dresse un tableau assez sombre de l&rsquo;int&#233;gration des TIC dans l&rsquo;enseignement au Qu&#233;bec  mais qui &#233;claire certaines r&#233;sistances.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, si 62% des enseignants demandent &#224; leurs &#233;l&#232;ves de faire des recherches sur Internet, seul 11% des  enseignants utilisent la correspondance scolaire et 10% la diffusion de travaux d&rsquo;&#233;l&#232;ves sur Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que g&#233;n&#233;ralement ces enseignants ma&#238;trisent  convenable de l&rsquo;outil informatique, d&rsquo;ailleurs largement acquise par eux-m&#234;mes et la plupart ont une attitude positive au regard du recours aux  TIC. Ainsi l&rsquo;enqu&#234;te &#233;carte deux facteurs de r&#233;sistance souvent mis en avant dans la litt&#233;rature scientifique : le faible niveau de ma&#238;trise  informatique et le stress vis &#224; vis de l&rsquo;ordinateur.<\/p>\n<p>Elle met en &#233;vidence  deux obstacles majeurs &#224; l&rsquo;utilisation des TIC en classe. &#8220;On constate un  glissement progressif des obstacles &#224; l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;informatique  scolaire en enseignement..
