((La simplification technique s\u2019applique ici aussi bien au mat\u00e9riel qu\u2019au logiciel, que ce soit le logiciel syst\u00e8me ou les applications.)) Ce constat de la simplification technique renjoint des constats d\u00e9j\u00e0 formul\u00e9 ici.<\/p>\n<p>Bruno Devauchelle pose ensuite un certain nombre de questions.
