Est-ce que la p\u00e9da\u00adgo\u00adgie inver\u00ads\u00e9e am\u00e9\u00adliore leur r\u00e9ussite ?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u00abJ&rsquo;enseigne en 7e ann\u00e9e depuis 16 ans et je constate tous les jours que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont besoin de r\u00e9p\u00e9\u00adti\u00adtion pour bien assi\u00admi\u00adler les notions. Avec la vid\u00e9o, ils n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitent plus \u00e0 m&rsquo;interrompre : d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas com\u00adpris, ils peuvent cli\u00adquer sur pause, revoir le cours et pro\u00adgres\u00adser \u00e0 leur rythme. Autre aspect posi\u00adtif : cela me per\u00admet de mettre en pra\u00adtique le cours avec des exer\u00adcices ou des acti\u00advi\u00adt\u00e9s. Je maxi\u00admise alors le temps aupr\u00e8s de mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Avant, je voyais les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en dif\u00adfi\u00adcul\u00adt\u00e9s avant ou apr\u00e8s la classe : c&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e9pui\u00adsant pour eux comme pour moi. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je cir\u00adcule plus au milieu des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et j&rsquo;ai du temps \u00e0 consa\u00adcrer \u00e0 ceux qui ont des dif\u00adfi\u00adcul\u00adt\u00e9s. Les meilleurs n&rsquo;ont pas besoin d&rsquo;attendre le groupe car pour chaque module, j&rsquo;indique l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des vid\u00e9os dis\u00adpo\u00adnibles et je pr\u00e9\u00adpare des fiches d&rsquo;enrichissement. Comme je veille \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves se regroupent et s&rsquo;autocor\u00adrigent, il arrive que les meilleurs me rem\u00adplacent pour pro\u00adpo\u00adser des exer\u00adcices aux autres.
