C\u2019est ce que tend \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer une \u00e9tude de grande ampleur men\u00e9e par trois universit\u00e9s finlandaises ((Universit\u00e9 de l\u2019Est de la Finlande, universit\u00e9 de Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, universit\u00e9 de Turku.)).<\/p>\n<p>Selon les premiers r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, l\u2019attitude empathique et chaleureuse de l\u2019enseignant agit favorablement sur la motivation et les comp\u00e9tences des enfants, aussi bien en lecture, \u00e9criture ou arithm\u00e9tique. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, un faible soutien \u00e9motionnel provoque des comportements passifs et d\u2019\u00e9vitement. Au final, l\u2019interaction entre l\u2019enseignant et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve influe davantage sur les r\u00e9sultats scolaires que les outils p\u00e9dagogiques ou la taille des classes. Pourquoi\u00a0? Parce qu\u2019elle joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans les m\u00e9canismes qui conduisent un enfant \u00e0 avoir confiance en ses capacit\u00e9s et \u00e0 se fixer des objectifs.
