Des \u00e9tudes laissent entendre que lorsqu\u2019elle est correctement mise en \u0153uvre, elle peut r\u00e9duire l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, accro\u00eetre la compr\u00e9hension des contenus, stimuler la participation et contribue en fin de compte \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats scolaires. Une \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur la ludification d&rsquo;un cursus sur quatre ans d&rsquo;une universit\u00e9 sud-africaine. Les \u00e9tudiants suivaient le cursus traditionnellement via des plates-formes de r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Dans ce dispositif, les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9taient mis en situation professionnelle et devaient concourir \u00e0 des postes de direction dans un grand groupe. Pr\u00e9sentation des constats finaux.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/62e528761d0685343e1c-f3d1b99a743ffa4142d9d7f1978d9686.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.com\/files\/115610\/width754\/image-20160318-4456-pj6zjh.png?resize=754%2C478&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"754\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Badges r\u00e9compensant les \u00e9tudiants et leur accordant des avantages dans le monde r\u00e9el : notes, possibilit\u00e9 de choisir les membres de leur \u00e9quipe de projet, voire des lettres de recommandation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theconversation.com\/comment-les-jeux-video-peuvent-aider-les-eleves-qui-ont-des-difficultes-a-se-concentrer-56886\">Comment les jeux vid\u00e9o peuvent aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Notre \u00e9tude a \u00e9tabli que la ludification motive consid\u00e9rablement les \u00e9tudiants, qui travaillent dur pour comprendre ce qu\u2019on leur enseigne et discutent du programme avec leurs pairs. Le jeu \u00e9tant fond\u00e9 sur des acquisitions de connaissances gratifiantes et le partage de celles-ci, les \u00e9tudiants ont estim\u00e9 que la ludification \u00e9tait pertinente et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>Ces b\u00e9n\u00e9fices avaient leurs revers. Les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00fb consacrer davantage de temps \u00e0 leur cursus qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ordinaire. Pour rester dans la course, ils devaient suivre le rythme de leurs pairs. Ceux qui n\u2019y parvenaient pas ont abandonn\u00e9 ; il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 plus difficile de les remotiver. D\u2019autres ont jet\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9ponge parce qu\u2019ils estimaient que leurs efforts n\u2019\u00e9taient pas suffisamment r\u00e9compens\u00e9s. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>Les professeurs doivent aussi consacrer un temps consid\u00e9rable \u00e0 l\u2019animation, sans parler des exigences du cursus traditionnel. Ludifier un amphi exige un investissement significatif, en temps et parfois en argent. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>Nous avons aussi d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019il fallait assurer un \u00e9quilibre entre la comp\u00e9tition \u2013 que les cursus ludifi\u00e9s encouragent \u2013 et la coh\u00e9sion sociale des \u00e9tudiants.
