Cette conscience existe-t-elle dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9ducation\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je ne le pense pas. Mais avouons que le chantier est d\u2019ampleur. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis actuels, ceux de la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique pour le dire vite, il ne suffit pas de favoriser les classes invers\u00e9es ou de d\u00e9velopper les cours massifs en ligne (Moocs). Il faut cr\u00e9er des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes agiles qui seront eux-m\u00eames capable d\u2019\u00e9voluer. De ce point de vue, il est tr\u00e8s inqui\u00e9tant que l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale n\u2019ait toujours pas un budget \u00ab\u00a0recherche et d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0\u00bb digne de ce nom, et que son budget de formation continue demeure tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duit. Prenez l\u2019exemple de la sant\u00e9\u00a0: non seulement les m\u00e9decins ont une obligation de formation, mais l\u2019effort couvre l\u2019ensemble du spectre, de la recherche fondamentale \u00e0 la recherche clinique. Et c\u2019est heureux\u00a0: personne n\u2019accepterait d\u2019\u00eatre soign\u00e9 sur la base de connaissances p\u00e9rim\u00e9es. C\u2019est pourtant ce qu\u2019on accepte, pour nos enfants, en mati\u00e8re \u00e9ducative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes innovants, comment les cr\u00e9e-t-on\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, il faut faire confiance. Aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves, aux enseignants, aux parents.
