Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus significatifs seraient les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La majorit\u00e9 des apprenants modernes ne regarderont pas une vid\u00e9o qui dure plus de 4 minutes,<\/li>\n<li>en 2015, les apprenants modernes s&rsquo;\u00e9loignent de leur travail sur Internet en moyenne 27 fois par jour (contre 5 fois il ya 15 ans),<\/li>\n<li>vous disposez entre 5 et 10 secondes pour retenir leur attention avant qu&rsquo;ils ne cliquent,<\/li>\n<li>les gens d\u00e9verrouillent leurs smartphones jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 9 fois par heure,<\/li>\n<li>toutes les 5 minutes en moyenne les travailleurs modernes sont interrompus, souvent par des applications ou des outils collaboratifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence relativement \u00e0 la formation de ces personnes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;apprentissage doit \u00eatre micro (microlearning)<\/strong> : scindez les cours d&rsquo;apprentissage en ligne en petits morceaux qui ne n\u00e9cessitent que 4 ou 5 minutes d\u2019attention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concevez des espaces de travail mieux adapt\u00e9<\/strong> : il faut \u00e9liminer les distractions contreproductives chaque 5 minutes, notamment en cr\u00e9ant un espace d&rsquo;apprentissage silencieux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rendez l&rsquo;apprentissage mobile<\/strong> : les apprenants du 21e si\u00e8cle sont sur leurs smartphones et c&rsquo;est sur ceux-ci que les apprenants se pr\u00e9cipitent pour trouver une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leurs questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Donnez-leur du temps pour s&rsquo;entra\u00eener<\/strong> : le temps est un facteur essentiel pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des apprentissages. \u00c9tablissez des horaires d&rsquo;apprentissage pour que cela repr\u00e9sente plus de 1% de leur temps de travail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ils ont vraiment envie d&rsquo;apprendre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8230; mais trop peu apprennent sur leur lieu de travail<\/strong> : les entreprises qui le permettent poss\u00e8dent un important avantage en terme de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les ressources et outils doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 disposition des apprenants l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils se trouvent<\/strong> : avec Google ils ont pris l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;obtenir facilement et instantan\u00e9ment des r\u00e9ponses et des ressource \u00e0 leurs demandes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ce sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte dans nos dispositifs de formation et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du profil de nos \u00e9tudiant-e-s. L&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la place des outils num\u00e9riques (ordinateurs, tablettes, smartphones) est ind\u00e9niable dans nos salles de cours depuis les d\u00e9buts de la HEP Vaud.
