Merci \u00e0 lui.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De (tr\u00e8s) nombreux enseignants utilisent WhatsApp via un groupe de classe pour communiquer avec leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves et faire de la gestion de classe. Par ailleurs, de nombreux enseignants utilisent WhatsApp entre eux pour s\u2019\u00e9changer des informations sur les \u00e9l\u00e8ves (absences, souci de comportement\u2026). Tout comme pour l\u2019utilisation de DropBox, cela pose un certain nombre de probl\u00e8mes l\u00e9gaux; en particulier dans la mesure o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es ne sont pas h\u00e9berg\u00e9es en Suisse ni soumises \u00e0 un for juridique suisse ou \u00e0 un accord sp\u00e9cifique entre la Suisse et l\u2019entreprise. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute enfin le fait que WhatsApp vient d\u2019augmenter l\u2019\u00e2ge minimum dans la \u00ab r\u00e9gion europ\u00e9enne \u00bb (qui inclut nomm\u00e9ment la Suisse) pour l\u2019utilisation de son logiciel de 13 \u00e0 16 ans. Sans exception.
