Rodrigues<\/div>\n<p>La planification est un outil essentiel pour l\u2019enseignant qui a le devoir de construire son enseignement dans le but d\u2019organiser une progression dans l\u2019acquisition de savoirs-faire, de comp\u00e9tences, de concepts et de notions.  Ceci constitue un devoir institutionnel \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019enseignant qui se doit de pouvoir expliciter en tout temps les comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019il exerce en classe. La planification doit \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9e en fonction des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 exercer et non  en fonction  des th\u00e8mes et contenus \u00e0 travailler.<\/p>\n<p>La planification permet d\u2019\u00e9laborer et de tester mentalement divers sc\u00e9narios possibles et ainsi d\u2019explorer plusieurs strat\u00e9gies et tactiques afin de s\u2019interroger sur les effets qu\u2019elles pourraient avoir en classe (anticiper les effets). Apr\u00e8s avoir envisag\u00e9 plusieurs possibilit\u00e9s, il s\u2019agit de faire un choix. La d\u00e9cision doit tenir compte des comp\u00e9tences que l\u2019on cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper chez les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, du contenu de la le\u00e7on et des ressources didactiques disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Jackson (1968), les \u00e9tapes de planification sont divis\u00e9es en trois phases bien distinctes :<\/p>\n<p>1)\t<strong>la phase pr\u00e9active :<\/strong> rassembler les informations, explorer, d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer, d\u00e9cider, r\u00e9diger.<\/p>\n<p>2)\t<strong>la phase int\u00e9ractive :<\/strong> s\u2019ajuster sans perdre de vue l\u2019objectif d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>3)\t<strong>la phase postactive :<\/strong> retour r\u00e9flexif, \u00e9valuer les r\u00e9sultats avec objectivit\u00e9, tirer profit de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, un enseignant soucieux de faire progresser ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves n\u2019arr\u00eate jamais de planifier, m\u00eame s\u2019il ne le fait pas toujours de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique et explicite.
