N\u2019importe quel formateur digne de ce nom &#8211; je ne parle pas du formateur Powerpoint \u00e9videmment &#8211; l\u2019a toujours pratiqu\u00e9 dans ses cours en salle : apports de connaissance, cas concrets, travaux de groupe, jeux de r\u00f4le\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, p\u00e9dagogie suffisent-elles ?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Jean-Michel Pauline :<\/em> Non, il y faut aussi l\u2019attrait graphique des modules \u00e0 distance : le d\u00e9filement de fichiers Word soutenus par une voix off de synth\u00e8se et illustr\u00e9s par des images tir\u00e9s d\u2019un catalogue \u201cMerlin l\u2019Enchanteur\u201d, c\u2019est du pass\u00e9 ! [\u2026]<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Une autre condition, c\u2019est celle de la souplesse qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir sur les dur\u00e9es de formation en fonction des modalit\u00e9s : 45 minutes pour un module ou un webinaire, 10 minutes pour une brique \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire d&rsquo;acquisition ou de r\u00e9vision, une journ\u00e9e pour une phase de mise en application des savoirs : toutes les options sont possibles, car c\u2019est la p\u00e9dagogie et la prise en compte du travail quotidien de l&rsquo;apprenant qui doivent dicter le choix de la solution. Aucune \u00e9tude scientifique n\u2019autorise \u00e0 prononcer un oukase sur telle ou telle dur\u00e9e.
