Isol\u00e9s de leurs camarades, face \u00e0 des modes d\u2019enseignement distanci\u00e9s, sans le soutien direct de l\u2019enseignant, de nombreux jeunes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 disparu du radar de leur \u00e9tablissement. Et plus la crise durera, plus leur nombre augmentera. Dans l\u2019urgence, on se rend compte que le seul outil \u00a0efficace pour joindre et faire travailler tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves confin\u00e9s chez eux c\u2019est le smartphone. Avec retard, la France red\u00e9couvre avec une cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation d\u2019urgence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme le note Fran\u00e7ois Jarraud, pour le Caf\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>C\u2019est de pays beaucoup plus pauvres que viennent des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019enseignement qui s\u2019appuient sur le seul outil p\u00e9dagogique accessible \u00e0 tous\u00a0: le smartphone. Beaucoup ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es lors des Semaines de l\u2019apprentissage mobile, organis\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris par l\u2019Unesco. L\u2019\u00e9dition 2020 aurait du se tenir ce mois ci\u2026<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Concernant la France, souligne-t-il encore<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>des pionniers se sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 cet outil qui permet d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 son rythme et partout. Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Fesquet , en 2014, porte dans une application portable le programme d\u2019histoire-g\u00e9ographie de STMG. En 2017, Emmanuelle Vezia et Ketty Flandrina utilisent le portable pour enseigner les maths en lyc\u00e9e professionnel. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves n\u2019ont pas de calculatrice mais ils ont leur portable. Le portable sert aussi \u00e0 voir les capsules vid\u00e9os r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les enseignantes. Il est utilis\u00e9 comme instrument de mesure pour des exp\u00e9riences. Il enregistre les traces \u00e9crites des cours. Des professeurs de langues, JP Kirrage ou V Castillo Munoz ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des applications pour l\u2019entrainement et le suivi des \u00e9l\u00e8ves bien avant que la crise sanitaire arrive. Des professeurs de lettres ont introduit le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable dans des activit\u00e9s de lecture et d\u2019\u00e9criture en classe.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir signifi\u00e9 l\u2019interdiction des smartphones \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, les autorit\u00e9s scolaires n\u2019ont, dans les circonstances actuelles, que le choix de pr\u00eater du mat\u00e9riel informatique \u00e0 ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves perdus de vue.
