Les chercheurs sugg\u00e8rent que des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;appartenance conduisent \u00e0 une augmentation du GPA, de la r\u00e9ussite scolaire et de la motivation. \u00bb<\/p><cite><em>Source : Carey Borkoski, \u00abCultivating belonging\u00bb. Ainsi pour les Etats-Unis, Soraya Chemaly&rsquo; en recense plusieurs dans <a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/3705454\/teachers-biases-girls-education\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"aioseop-link\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;All Teachers Should Be Trained to Overcome Their Hidden Biases&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/a>. Si certains sont fortement sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la situation \u00e9tats-unienne, principalement concernant le rapport aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves noirs, d&rsquo;autres sont largement transposable :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00ab Les enseignants passent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 deux tiers de leur temps \u00e0 parler \u00e0 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de sexe masculin; ils sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles d&rsquo;interrompre les filles. Lorsque les enseignants posent des questions, ils dirigent leur regard vers les gar\u00e7ons plus souvent, en particulier lorsque les questions sont ouvertes (dans les domaines STEM).&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n\t<li>Developper une p\u00e9dagogie  inclusive, compatissante et stimulante<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s lors, il appara\u00eet primordial pour cr\u00e9er ce sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance de concevoir une p\u00e9dagogie d\u00e9passant ces biais et donc v\u00e9ritablement inclusive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abNous devons concevoir nos approches p\u00e9dagogiques pour les \u00e9tudiants que nous avons, pas pour les \u00e9tudiants que nous souhaitons avoir. Cela n\u00e9cessite des approches r\u00e9actives, inclusives, adaptatives, stimulantes et compatissantes. Et cela exige des institutions qu&rsquo;elles trouvent des moyens plus cr\u00e9atifs de soutenir les enseignants et de les pr\u00e9parer au travail d&rsquo;enseignement.
