La pand\u00e9mie a-t-elle bris\u00e9 la confiance ?<\/strong><br>La pand\u00e9mie a aggrav\u00e9 les \u00e9carts de confiance qui existent entre les dirigeants, les \u00e9tudiant\u2022es et le personnel des universit\u00e9s. Cela peut \u00eatre d\u00fb en partie \u00e0 un manque de ressources fournies pendant les restrictions impos\u00e9es par la COVID-19.<br>Les attentes des \u00e9tudiant\u2022es vont des \u00e9quipements de protection individuelle tels que les masques\/le d\u00e9sinfectant pour les mains aux plans d&rsquo;intervention transparents COVID-19. Les \u00e9tudiant\u2022es attendent \u00e9galement de leurs universit\u00e9s une myriade de ressources pour les aider \u00e0 se mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>3. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (57 %) du personnel d\u00e9clare que son \u00e9tablissement investit dans de nouvelles modalit\u00e9s ou sources de revenus pour attirer de nouveaux-elles \u00e9tudiant\u2022es, notamment des options d&rsquo;apprentissage plus flexibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>5. Des incertitudes subsistent quant aux projets d&rsquo;avenir<\/strong><br>Les changements \u00e9conomiques am\u00e8nent plus de la moiti\u00e9 (51 %) des \u00e9tudiant\u2022es \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer leurs projets d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes.
