Elles sont fondamentalement des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales qui s\u2019imposent \u00e0 la pratique du num\u00e9rique, pratique dont on ne voit pas pourquoi elle \u00e9chapperait \u00e0 la dynamique in\u00e9galitaire qui traverse nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de part en part. Il est important de consid\u00e9rer que les \u00e9carts de pratique sont constitutifs d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales qui d\u00e9terminent, certes, des conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s et d\u2019usages, mais plus fonci\u00e8rement encore, ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s fa\u00e7onnent chez les individus des aptitudes, des envies, des dispositions qui cadrent leurs modes d\u2019appropriation des TNIC. Prendre au s\u00e9rieux ce fait invite \u00e0 pr\u00eater attention aux conditions de possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement des pratiques de l\u2019informatique connect\u00e9e, mais \u00e9galement aux logiques sociales d\u00e9terminant l\u2019actualisation des usages.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sur le r\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9cole relativement \u00e0 ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>les pratiques du num\u00e9riques sont des pratiques culturelles. Il n\u2019est donc pas \u00e9tonnant de constater que plus les individus sont \u00e9loign\u00e9s de la culture scolaire et n\u2019ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, lors de leur prime socialisation d\u2019un entourage disposant d\u2019un capital culturel cons\u00e9quent, plus ils semblent avoir quelque difficult\u00e9 quant \u00e0 l\u2019usage de l\u2019informatique connect\u00e9e.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabien Granjon tient \u00e9galement pour responsable le r\u00f4le que jouerait l\u2019\u00e9ducation num\u00e9rique elle-m\u00eame dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>La part prise par le num\u00e9rique au sein de la sph\u00e8re \u00e9ducative vient renforcer ces distorsions, c\u2019est une \u00e9vidence. La bonne ma\u00eetrise des TNIC dans un cadre scolaire est fortement index\u00e9e au milieu social. Savoir chercher, hi\u00e9rarchiser, classer, synth\u00e9tiser, ranger, etc. sont des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques qui n\u2019ont pas grand-chose \u00e0 voir avec celles qui consistent \u00e0 assurer une pr\u00e9sence sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux num\u00e9riques.
