Currie et Deirdre M. Kelly ont travaill\u00e9 avec des \u00e9ducateurs de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12e ann\u00e9e pour \u00e9tudier comment la culture populaire peut soutenir l&rsquo;enseignement de la justice sociale. Currie et Kelly ont commenc\u00e9 la recherche pour ce projet par un s\u00e9minaire de formation des enseignants sur l&rsquo;analyse des m\u00e9dias o\u00f9 les participants ont con\u00e7u des activit\u00e9s en classe en utilisant des jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, des films populaires, des clips musicaux et des publicit\u00e9s. Ces activit\u00e9s ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es dans les classes des participants, ce qui a permis aux auteurs d&rsquo;identifier et de traiter les probl\u00e8mes pratiques rencontr\u00e9s par les \u00e9tudiants apprenants. Des \u00e9tudes de cas d\u00e9crivent la conception, la mise en \u0153uvre et l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation r\u00e9trospective d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s engageant les apprenants dans l&rsquo;analyse et la production de m\u00e9dias.
