Ainsi, les strat\u00e9gies traditionnelles qui fonctionnent dans une classe physique, telles que les discussions ou les activit\u00e9s brise-glace, peuvent ou non \u00eatre efficaces dans les environnements en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leurs r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que le fait de demander aux apprenants de partager leurs id\u00e9es sur le cours entra\u00eene une augmentation d&rsquo;environ 30 % de la consommation de vid\u00e9os et de la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9valuations. En revanche, contrairement \u00e0 un enseignement en face \u00e0 face, demander aux apprenants de partager leur identit\u00e9 a produit des effets limit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trois chercheur\u2022euses se sont alors demand\u00e9es <em>quelles sont les raisons pour lesquelles les encouragements \u00e0 partager des id\u00e9es sont plus efficaces pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;engagement des apprenants en ligne ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En examinant plus en d\u00e9tail les r\u00e9ponses textuelles post\u00e9es par les apprenants ayant partager leurs id\u00e9es, il et elles ont constat\u00e9 que leurs r\u00e9ponses ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus longues, plus \u00e9labor\u00e9es et plus complexes que de poster quelques phrases courtes sur qui il est, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 elle vient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9finitive, il est essentiel que les experts en \u00e9ducation con\u00e7oivent des strat\u00e9gies adapt\u00e9es au contexte de formation et aux outils num\u00e9riques.
