Il pense aussi qu\u2019il est important de pr\u00e9voir dans l&#8217;emploi du temps hebdomadaire scolaire, des heures de planification en commun afin de donner la possibilit\u00e9 aux enseignants de commenter le travail de chacun et d\u2019apprendre les uns des autres.
