Telle est l\u2019une des questions auxquelles Pia Rosander a r\u00e9pondu, le 25 janvier 2013, lors de la soutenance de sa th\u00e8se \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Lund, en Su\u00e8de.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Le trait de personnalit\u00e9 le plus clairement associ\u00e9 au succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole n\u2019est gu\u00e8re surprenant. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves consciencieux, qui arrivent \u00e0 l\u2019heure et font bien leurs devoirs, obtiennent les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Plus \u00e9tonnant, le second trait de caract\u00e8re qui conduit au dipl\u00f4me est\u2026 l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude. Contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019attendait la chercheuse, l\u2019ouverture d\u2019esprit et la curiosit\u00e9 intellectuelle, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, ne sont pas des traits de caract\u00e8re qui favorisent le succ\u00e8s scolaire.
