Et comme tous les nouveaux outils, elle bouscule le paysage existant. On peut adopter trois attitudes face &agrave; cette nouvelle donne. Soit l&rsquo;ignorer, et continuer comme avant. Soit tenter de minimiser ces aspects d&eacute;rangeants, pour les int&eacute;grer en produisant le moins de heurts. On peut aussi essayer de mieux comprendre en quoi les nouveaux usages interrogent les pratiques existantes, et pourquoi ils soulignent leurs limites.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Intervenant dans le cadre du <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wssf2013.org\/panel-comit&eacute;\/minor-forms-academic-communication-revamping-relationship-between-science-and-society\" target=\"_blank\">&ldquo;Minor forms of academic communication: revamping the relationship between science and society?&ldquo;<\/a><\/em> du Forum mondial des sciences sociales (Montr&eacute;al, 14 octobre 2013), Andr&eacute; Gunthert examine deux caract&eacute;ristiques majeures des outils de micro-publication (il y inclut dans cette cat&eacute;gorie aussi bien les blogs, les wikis que l&rsquo;usage des reseaux sociaux). La premi&egrave;re est <strong>la dynamique de la conversation<\/strong>. A la diff&eacute;rence des outils de publication classiques, qui visent la diffusion des r&eacute;sultats, la micro-publication se destine &agrave; la conversation. Comme un s&eacute;minaire de recherche ou un colloque, elle propose &agrave; la discussion des observations ou des hypoth&egrave;ses qui attendent le compl&eacute;ment d&rsquo;une mise &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;preuve publique. A propos de cette dynamique, Andr&eacute; Gunthert note qu&rsquo;on pourrait faire beaucoup mieux, car il constate qu&rsquo;il obtient plus facilement, &agrave; la suite d&rsquo;une publication sur son blog, des r&eacute;actions de participants plus &eacute;loign&eacute;s de l&rsquo;univers acad&eacute;mique.<\/p>\n<p>En second lieu, Andr&eacute; Gunthert traite des&nbsp;<strong>b&eacute;n&eacute;fices de l&rsquo;exposition. <\/strong>Pour lui, <em>&laquo;l&rsquo;exposition publique de travaux ou d&rsquo;intuitions, m&ecirc;me &agrave; un stade pr&eacute;liminaire, impose un effort de formalisation qui donne au billet de blog un caract&egrave;re plus &eacute;labor&eacute; que n&rsquo;importe quelle autre forme de notation. Tous ceux qui le pratiquent savent &agrave; quel point le premier b&eacute;n&eacute;ficiaire de cet effort est le r&eacute;dacteur lui-m&ecirc;me&raquo;<\/em>. Cependant, la blogging reste, selon lui, essentiellement <em>&laquo;une pratique en amateur d&rsquo;usagers auto-form&eacute;s, qui n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;incidence sur la carri&egrave;re&raquo;<\/em>. On en reste &agrave; un stade largement exp&eacute;rimental et &agrave; <em>&laquo;une petite &eacute;lite de chercheurs, parmi les plus productifs&raquo;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ces observations me paraissent tout &agrave; fait pertinente et je peux sans autre les faire mienne en les rapportant &agrave; mes pratiques de blogging.
